Since 1995 Esther Muller has been working with the
New York
Department of State to develop, create, and approve informative, timely
and interesting courses which provides the 22.5 credit hours requirement
for re-licensing. She believes it is the responsibility of Real Estate
professionals to take every opportunity to educate themselves and commit
themselves to better serve their clients and community. The goal of
the Academy is to improve the productivity and professionalism in the
Real Estate community through quality courses and excellent instructors.
The Real Estate seminars unite brokers, agents, and owners with developers,
managers, and regulators. Her mission is to develop a partnership of
cooperation, understanding and good ethics.

PROFESSOR BEN WIEDER,
Co-Founder and Chairman
Benjamin Wieder has been awarded degrees and advanced degrees including
an Honorary PhD. from several colleges and universities. He is currently
a Professor Emeritus after serving more than three decades teaching
and two decades administering as a Dean of Continuing Education in the
City University of New York. He is considered the “Father of Distance
Learning” as a result of developing the “Homebound Program
for the Handicapped” which was designated as a model program by
the United States Office of Education. Professor Wieder is a co-founder
of the Real Estate Academy.
ESTHER MULLER, Co-Founder and Certified
(NYU) Master Coach
As co-founder of the Real Estate Academy and master coach,
Esther Muller has been educating real estate professionals for over
fifteen years. Her incisive thoughts and perceptive ideas have distinguished
her as an authority and often quoted spokesperson on industry issues.
Ms. Muller is a graduate of Brooklyn College. She is a professor at the Graduate School of Business and Director of the Entrepreneurial
Real Estate Program at Touro College. In addition to her expertise in the real estate market, she is an acclaimed lecturer
on entrepreneurship, real estate investing and is a fierce advocate
of quality education.
By bringing top practitioners together with a dynamic
curriculum, she has been called a revolutionary, raising the bar for
what agents expect in continuing education. Her goal is to bring
together the knowledge and experience of the traditional real estate
landscape with a fresh view and the magic of technology.
KAREN LOEW,
Creative Director
Marketing and image branding is Karen’s key role. She effectively
combines her twenty plus years experience in advertising to focus our
message and to communicate it to you.
EDREANA HAMPTON,
Executive Director
Edreana has been with the Academy for over ten years. She has been instrumental
in starting our on-line education, that is her passion. Her talents
include her work as a cinematographer for a virtual tour company and
competency in sign language.
SY FISCHTHAL,
IT Director
Sy has over twenty-five years of consulting experience to a wide variety
of educational and corporate clients. Projects ranged from simple systems
analysis to major complex project planning and system implementation
involving hundreds of tasks and hundreds of faculty and staff. He holds
a Masters in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Electrical Engineering and has taught at City University for more than
thirty years.
EVE FISCHTHAL,
IT Specialist
As a Lecturer (CCE) in the Department of Computer Information Systems
at LaGuardia Community College (CUNY) LIC, NY, Eve has taught Introduction
to Computers, Spreadsheets, Database, Front Page, and more. She holds
a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree
in Science. Eve is your key contact for assistance with our on-line
learning program.
