The Certificate in Coaching program prepares coach practitioners to coach professionals from not only the real estate business but many diverse industries to improve performance and productivity. Whether you want to be a business coach, life coach or real estate coach, these coaching classes will teach you how.
This 6-course, non-credit certificate program employs a rational-
emotive-behavioral approach to coaching. The curriculum maps to the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF)™ eleven core coaching competencies recognized as the highest professional standard in
coach training.
Each course integrates key components of the ICF competencies, providing professional standards, theoretical models, and practical methods associated with coaching. Participants apply their learning in a guided coaching environment enabling them to acquire experience, develop expertise, and build professional confidence.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
The Certificate in Coaching program is appropriate for individuals from various backgrounds. Examples include real estate agents, executive leaders, business managers, organizational consultants, university and public school administrators; human resource management, sales professionals and others who are interested in enabling individuals improve performance and productivity.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
- A completed application for admission to the Certificate in Coaching program at the Touro Graduate School of Business
- Baccalaureate degree (or its equivalent)
- Two letters of recommendation
- Written statement discussing your motivation, interests, and goals in pursuing this credential
- Interview
